how is this so chunky despite being a jpg? did you resize up after working small?

I'm glad you asked, this process is kind of cool. The original image size is 350X300. I wanted it bigger so people could tell I did it that size. However; whenever I wanted photoshop to double it's size it'd "smooth" and "rasterize" it. So is large monitor fashion I zoomed in so it took more room on the screen, took a screenshot, then pasted and cropped it onto a new document. Viola! Big pixels!
